How long until my site is live?

7 days on The Table, 10 on The Full House while the AI Engine gets trained on your menu and hours, and 15 on Standing Room Only once the Content Engine is set up and running. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not the day you pay, so the sooner that call happens, the sooner the room has a site that matches it.

Does the site include reservation and waitlist integration?

Accepted Answer

Yes, whatever reservation or waitlist platform you already use gets built directly onto the page instead of hidden behind an outbound link, so someone can move from your gallery straight into booking a table. If you switch platforms down the line, updating that integration is a normal revision, not a new project.

Can one site cover more than one location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each location gets its own hours, menu differences, map pin and photos inside the same site, so a group with two or five rooms runs on one login and one monthly plan instead of paying for a separate site per address. Adding a new location later is a revision request, not a rebuild.

What happens right after I buy?

Accepted Answer

You fill in the onboarding form, which asks for your menu, hours, locations, brand and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. Send what you have and email us or open a ticket in your client portal for anything missing; it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and lock in the launch date.

What is the client portal?

Accepted Answer

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket, send us files you still owe us, and message the team directly, so nothing about your site gets lost in an inbox. You never log into the website itself; we handle that side of things.

Question 6

What do you need from us to get the menu and photos right?

Accepted Answer

Your current menu (a PDF, a link, even a photo of the printed version works), your hours including any seasonal changes, and whatever photography you already have of the room, the bar and the plates. If your photos are thin, tell us during onboarding and we will flag what is worth shooting first; we do not take the photos ourselves, but we can point you toward what will do the most for the site.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

Accepted Answer

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new page, a menu overhaul, an updated private dining package, a different hero photo: each counts as one revision, whatever its size. "Rebuild the events page and swap the whole gallery" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month, and after the fifth, each additional one is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision lands within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Accepted Answer

Raise it in your client portal. Describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it stands. You can also email us or reply to any existing thread, and we log it on your behalf. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Question 9

Does updating the menu use up a revision?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it is treated as one revision no matter how big the change is. A single price fix and a full seasonal menu rebuild both count as one request, so there is no reason to wait and batch small changes together. Most restaurants send menu updates the same week the kitchen changes course.

Question 10

Can we swap out gallery photos whenever we want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, adding new photos from a recent event, a renovated patio or a new dish is a normal revision, so the gallery can move at roughly the pace of your social feed instead of sitting a year behind it. If you would rather it update itself, we can also pull a live feed from your existing social accounts.

What do the weekly articles actually cover?

Accepted Answer

Neighbourhood guides, cuisine explainers, event and private dining questions, and seasonal menu features: the kind of searches that reach people who have not decided where to eat yet. The Table and The Full House get 2 researched articles a week, and Standing Room Only gets 3, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.

Do the articles link back to bookings, or just sit on the blog?

They link back into the site itself: the menu, the reservation page, the private dining page, or whichever location the piece is about, so the traffic an article earns has somewhere useful to land. That is what keeps organic search producing new bookings months after a piece goes live, rather than a one-time spike the week it is posted.

What does the AI Engine actually do?

Accepted Answer

It answers the questions your phone gets asked on repeat: do you take walk-ins, is there parking, can you seat a party of eight, are you open on the holiday. It answers using your real hours, menu and policies, any time someone visits the site, and routes anything it cannot answer, a private event enquiry or a complaint, straight to your inbox instead of guessing.

Which plans include it, and how is usage billed?

Accepted Answer

It comes standard on The Full House and Standing Room Only. Usage is billed alongside your monthly fee at what the AI provider charges, with no markup added on our side, so the cost tracks how much it is actually being used rather than a flat guess.

Question 15

Is hosting an extra cost?

Accepted Answer

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on a global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included, so there is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal and no bandwidth overage showing up as a surprise line item in month four.

Do you manage our Google Business Profile and map listing too?

Yes, it is set up and kept aligned with your site, so your hours, photos and menu link stay consistent everywhere someone might search for a table nearby. A mismatch between your map listing and your actual site is one of the fastest ways to lose a booking to a competitor who got it right.

Question 17

Do I have to pay for a domain?

Accepted Answer

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain, we point it at the new site instead, and nothing changes for regulars who already know your address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge.

Question 18

We run more than one location, do we need a domain for each?

Accepted Answer

No, one domain covers every location inside the same site, with each location getting its own page rather than a separate address to remember. If you would rather a specific location have its own domain that redirects in, that is possible too; tell us during onboarding what you are picturing.

Question 19

We only have a page on a delivery app right now, can you build us a real site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of the most common starting points we see. We build a full site with its own menu, gallery, reservation flow and ordering hub, so people find your actual restaurant instead of a listing buried inside a delivery platform's app, and you stop paying a platform's cut for traffic that could have come to you directly.

What happens to our current site and its traffic?

We move your content over and preserve the addresses that matter, redirecting anything that changes so existing links and search rankings are not thrown away. If your current site is a single static page or a page builder, that is a straightforward swap; if it is a larger site with years of pages, tell us during onboarding and we will map out what carries over.

Question 21

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $117, $247 plus AI usage, or $597 a month. The $647 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are happy with it. Domain and hosting are already inside the monthly figure.

Question 22

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Accepted Answer

Email us and tell us you want to cancel. Your message needs to reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email will not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs through the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice goes through as normal and cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. All sales are final, including monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and anything we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge from our own billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is only charged after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterward.
